For our painting classes and weekend craft workshops:

Your order will be marked as FULFILLED once you attended the class/classes you signed up on our website. We will have you sign an acknowledgement sheet with your signature and also photos taken during classes as proof of attendance. 

We DO NOT have a refund policy as payment are usually made upfront and it will be used to purchase art materials beforehand. We will not entertain any last minute pull-outs. 

As we operate the business in a manner where we need to purchase art supplies for every student in advance, it will jeopardise our financial state if we allow customers to refund and not turn up as they wish. However, we do allow refunds for emergencies or postponement of classes for really critical situations. Please talk to us ahead if you have any questions. 


For our art kits and merchandises:

FOR LOCAL PARCELS

The typical time frame for our art kits and merchandise to reach you will be:

1-2 days processing & packaging once your order is placed and confirmed

2-3 days logistics & shipping (via Pos Laju)

Estimated total 3-5 working days. 

Delivery delays are not controlled by us as the post office may face delays from backlog of delivery parcels. All parcels will have a tracking number. 

FOR INTERNATIONAL PARCELS

The typical time frame for our art kits and merchandise to reach you will be:

1-2 days processing & packaging once your order is placed & confirmed

14-30 days international shipping (via Pos Malaysia)

Estimated total 32 working days. 

Delivery delays are not controlled by us as the post office may face delays from backlog of delivery parcels and custom clearance from each countries. All parcels will have a tracking number and we will also purchase insurance for your parcels. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at mtmtdesigns@gmail.com with details of the product attached along with pictures of the defect. Do note that defect could also happen during the handling of shipping, so if you're within Klang Valley area and you have concerns about defect goods during shipping process, do consider picking up your item at the studio.

You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. 

Wrong Items

If your package arrives with the wrong items, please email us your name, order number and date of purchase to mtmtdesigns@gmail.com for return/exchange approval and further instructions within 7 days. Please note, if these steps are not taken, then we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exceptions 

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include: 

  1. Sale items
  2. PDF prints 
  3. Custom painting/print

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
